Return Policy

If a product purchased is defective or inconsistent with the sales order, Buyer can return the product in its original condition by providing notice to us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer may be asked to bring the product(s) to Picabo’s booth or to our Vancouver or Montreal showroom locations to complete the product return process.
